Our signature 45-minute class is designed for cardio warriors of all levels. The (r)evolve experience incorporates a variety of wicked intervals such as sprints, hills, jumps and jogs combined with killer upper body strengthening movements to create the perfect total body workout. All the while you and your squad will be movin, groovin and (r)evolvin’ to the beat of hot club music under pulsating lights. Picture a dance party on wheels!

1. Drink plenty of hydrating liquid before, during and after class.
2. Eat a light snack about 30 minutes before class.
3. Wear cool (both figurative and literal) clothes. Remember socks!
4. Arrive early. You’ll meet our supercool front desk crew, check-in, sign a waiver, receive shoes if necessary and be given a tour of the studio. You’ll also be shown proper bike set up and how to clip into your pedals.
5. Turn off your day and tune in to you. This is your time. Enjoy the ride!

Yes, for safety and pedal efficiency reasons you are highly encouraged to wear clip-in shoes. We have them for rent ($2) or you can always bring your own! We use SPD cleats.

Yes, each rider will need to create their own account on MINDBODY and complete their own ride waiver. Please note that rides are not transferable.

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the class to avoid either forfeiture of the class or a cancellation fee.

Riders 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Riders that are 17 must have parental signature/approval on their respective waiver. Riders must also meet the ‘Lemond RevMaster Pro Cycle’ height requirement of at least 4’11” and weight under 275 lbs.

1. Phone. Don’t bother. Check in, take a selfie and then pack it away.
2. Get funky, don’t be funky. You want to challenge your neighbors not suffocate them.
3. Talk about how excited you are before the class. Don’t talk about it during class. Talk about how awesome the class was after it’s over.
4. Get to class early so you are not forced to find a vacant bike in the dark. That’s stupendously awkward.
5. To (r)evolve means to respect. Fellow riders. The staff. The instructor. The equipment.

No, but each individual rider sets their own resistance so although you will be challenged to go hard, you control your own level of exertion. We encourage first timers to go at their own pace and just have fun!

It depends on the weight of the individual and the amount of exertion used. On average, you can burn from 450-700 calories in a (r)evolve class.

We offer a variety of riding packages (to include deeply discounted introductory offers) to suit every budget. These include 5, 10, and 25 ride packs and monthly memberships.

Just water/bottle. We have a filtered filling station or bottled water available for sale.
